Anthony was born in Barton on Sea, grew up in this area and has spent nearly all of his working life in New Milton. His first degree was in biochemistry, and later he retrained to qualify as a solicitor.

He started his legal career doing residential conveyancing, wills and probate, and some years later took on litigation and family work. His current case load mainly comprises commercial and property development work, business dealings and wills, with a modest amount of litigation.

Anthony has sat on the main committee of the Hampshire Incorporated Law Society since 1993 and was President of HILS in 2002. He is currently the Chair of Education and Training for that Society.

Kerry specialises in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications. She also undertakes contentious probate matters. 

Kerry qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. As part of her journey to becoming a solicitor she completed an LLB law degree at Durham University and the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. She qualified as a Solicitor at a local firm and has continued to practice in the area. 

She is a member of ACTAPS and an Affiliate member of STEP. 

Arthur specialises in conveyancing matters to include freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity release mortgages.
He has worked in the legal profession since 1979 and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1986. Arthur started his career working for a firm of solicitors in London and for the period up to his qualification, dealt with all aspects of law to include conveyancing, crime, civil litigation, and wills and probate.
After qualifying Arthur specialised in conveyancing. He has worked in the local area for 30 years now. 

Simon Whipple is an expert in Social Services Law.

He was brought up near Oxford in a family of research scientists, and took a degree in Philosophy. He had a career in the Army, serving with airborne forces in the Falklands War.

When Simon came out of the Army he re-trained as a solicitor, and has been in practice since 1997. In 2003 he became interested in Social Services Law and, after working for the London Borough of Camden, he ran his own practice specialising in legal services to carers of elderly and frail people. He joined Anthony Harris & Company in 2019.

As a former client of solicitors', Simon understands how stressful it can be to consult a solicitor, and he has always been determined to help his clients get through some very difficult situations.

Simon is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and is a committee member of Hampshire Law Society. He has lived in Bransgore since 2004

Ellen joined the practice in 2007 having moved to the area from Surrey where she had worked as a legal PA for 20 years. 

Ellen assists each of the fee earners with elements of their transactions, whilst managing the day to day running of the office.

Lexi studied at Birmingham City University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology and then a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. She also achieved a master’s degree in Legal Practice at Bournemouth University.

Lexi has worked in a few local law firms before joining Anthony Harris & Co, where she is hoping to further her legal training. Her ambition is to qualify as a solicitor in the future. 

Marion has lived most of her life in New Milton. She previously worked for many years in Property Management both locally and in the Bournemouth area.

She has now joined the company in the role of receptionist/administrator.
